I’m in computer room. I am here with my friends Eri, Emi, and Miyuki. We had business English test today. I woke up 8:40. The test will start 9:30. I had panic. It was rain, so I came back home by my father’s car yesterday. I put bicycle in school. I have to quickly very much. I slept late this morning. I would wake up 8:00. And I will study about business English test. But I couldn’t study this. So I didn’t that test. Oh my god. I was so sad. After the test, we came to computer room with my friends. We have to do a lot of homework. I want to go karaoke. But I will finish homework. On lunch we went to Lowson in my university. I ate croquette and two small rice balls. I love rice. So I will fat. I love to spend time with my friends. We can relax and laugh very much. I came back to computer room again, I typing these sentences. Emi is sleeping next me. Eri is searching about companies. I have to do those things. I finished phonetics homework. I will submit to Mr. Tomei with Eri. After that I will go to Kumamoto city. And I will go karaoke. I don’t have part-time job today. So I can relax today. I will go to Fukuoka tomorrow. I have to study more in feburuary and March. I have to fight about to find works in the future. Please cheer me.

I entered a Kumamoto Gakuen University last year.　I am in my second year of university. I made a lot of friends in this university. I have had lunch with my friends every day. We eat bread, curry rice, sandwich and so on. The Kumamoto Gakuen University has a lot of facility. For example, students union, restaurant, bakery, convenience store “LAWSON”. “LAWSON” is very favorite store!
I started part-time job with I entered this university. I work at the restaurant. I have work there for a year and a half. This restaurant very busy every day. But I love there because I love friends that work partners. I want to work this restaurant by I graduate this university.
I belong to the English department. I study about international relations every day. For example, English, intercultural communication, international organization and so on. It’s so difficult! It’s so busy!
I will go to America on July 23 in this year. I will stay there for a month. I am tensed up, little, because it is first home stay for me. But I want to make a lot of friends there. I want to enjoy foreign life. I wish to lead a full life in America. So, I should study English hard, and I acquire.

I love a lot of music. So I will introduce to you my favorite singers. First, I love Thelma Aoyama. She is very good woman. And she is same age me. I watch her blog every day. We expressed this line graph of labor turnover rate of our company in the last seven years.
First, from 2001 to 2002 is a little decrease.
And from 2002 to 2003 is a little increase. It returned as rate as 2001.
Next, from 2003 to 2004 go up suddenly.
And from 2004 to 2005 is a little rise. But almost remain steady.
And from 2005 to 2006 is more go up suddenly than ever. This is the biggest labor turnover rate of our company.
At last, from 2006 to 2007 is dropped suddenly.
Altogether, labor turnover rate of our company is upward tendency.
So, we reflected over 3 reasons why labor turnover rate of our company is increasing.
They are being tired of the same work, not being recognized their work and office surroundings are bad.
Then we send out questionnaires to labor turnover people.
According to the survey, we get following result.

This movie’s main character name is Stanly. He is dull bank clerk man. He is a very kind to everyone. But he is chicken-hearted man. And He is not popular with women. He loves Bucks bunny. This is very famous movie in America. So he loves to watch this animation on TV. One day, he met woman who name is Tina. She was very sexy. She works in night club “bongo bongo”. He falls on love with Tina. But she has a bad boyfriend Dorian. He plots for a bank robber. So she was commanded to transcribe the situation of this bank. After day Stanly picked up a mask on his way to home. He casually tries to put this mask. Then, the mask sticks his face like raw rubber. And a tornado happened suddenly. Stanly was very surprised. After that, he metamorphosed into a mystery man that name is Stanly The Mask. His face color is green. And he wears yellow suit. It is very showy. He changed all himself. He killed Tybolt who is nephew in Capulet out of spite his best friend Macusio was killed. Grand duke Escalus in Verona exile guilt to Romeo. Other side, Juliet’s family the Capulet command to marry duke’s relative Paris. Juliet was so sad about Romeo. Juliet helped to Lorenz. Then Lorenz thought of false dead medicine.
